We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Does Dakine offer a warranty on gear?

Yes, we stand behind our products. Dakine offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on most packs and bags, and a 2-year limited warranty on outerwear and gloves.

How should I clean and maintain my Dakine backpack?

We recommend hand washing your pack with mild soap, cold water, and a soft brush. Never put your pack in the washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the fabric coatings.

Do you offer international shipping?
